Training as a flange fitter
Flange connection technologies are used in oil refineries, electrical switchboards, chemical factories and food production plants, among others. Different types of flanges are used to connect pipes, fittings and apparatus. Gaskets are installed between the flanges to prevent liquids or gases from escaping. Purpose of the training
The course aims to provide trainees with a solid theoretical foundation and practical skills to perform their duties effectively. Training
The course we offer consists of two main parts: theoretical and practical. In the first part, participants will gain knowledge about work safety, the principles of installing and assembling flange connections and the principles of equipment operation. The practical part, on the other hand, allows participants to apply the knowledge they have acquired through exercises, as well as to acquire skills related to the installation and assembly of flange connections.
At the end of the training course, participants will have to pass an examination, which consists of a theoretical and a practical part. After successfully passing the exam, the trainee will be certified as a flange fitter, allowing him or her to carry out this type of work in accordance with safety and legal requirements. In addition, he or she will receive a TÜV certificate, which confirms his or her qualifications and skills acquired during the training.
Requirements from the candidate
The candidate is required to:
- absence of medical contraindications to practice the profession,
- 18 years of age or older,
- a high degree of accuracy,
- mastery,
- high resistance to stress.
